Annual Japanese Peaceboat Hosting

The Women of Wai'anae again hosted 31 visitors and staff members to the Leeward Coast at the Kahumana Organic Farms and Cafe. The cultural exchange included lei making, poi pounding , hula instruction and a buffet lunch. The annual fundraiser is enjoyed by the Japanese tourists and the members of WOW. Our participation in the event , helps to promote cultural exchange between our countries and peace and kindness within the world.
